Welcome to Joy El Ministries
Located in south central Pennsylvania, Joy El Ministries exists to glorify God by evangelizing encouraging and equipping individuals for active 
ministry through the Released Time Bible Program, Camp Joy El, and the 4.12 Leadership Training Program.
The Released Time Bible Program ministers to public school students, offering biblical instruction for one hour a week during the school day.
The 4.12 Leadership Training Program offers intentional discipleship to students in grades 8 to 12 who desire a deeper relationship with Christ.
Camp Joy El is a Christian camp and retreat center that operates year-round, providing summer camps, weekend connection events, and guest ministries.
